About ITEA

We are helping people to get an eagerly sought profession in IT and Digital sphere. In order to do that, we hire highly-qualified teachers, maintain the relevance of training programs and strive to get employment for our students.

The first training center opened in Kiev early in 2014. With help of effective training programs and clear business processes, we became the leader of IT education in 2015. Just two years later, in 2017, we received the Ukrainian People's Reward "Best Education in IT sphere".

Starting from 2016 we have been helping entrepreneurs to open their own training centers. For the first two years our partners launched the center in Lviv, in 2018 the educational center in Kharkiv opened its doors, in 2019 educational centers in Dnipro and Lutsk were opened, and in 2021 the training centre in Ashgabad started. In 2019 ITEA won the Country Choice Award.

HOW DOES FRANCHISE WORK

We hire teachers
Before hiring a teacher/a candidate in ITEA each passes a job interview, receives practical approval and approval of skills. After that, we usually gather feedbacks from employers and colleagues, conduct test sessions. Based on these assessment steps we make a decision on future cooperation. Franchisees get the best staff for their training center.
We give free access to the ERP-system
We have created our own ERP system so that franchisee could manage the business without any problems and adjust the course of development. The system stores applications for training, reports on profits, advertising campaigns, schedule of training courses and other data. The access to the system is accessible from any device, twenty-four-seven.

We are taking up Marketing
Franchisees do not have to worry about promotion. Our specialists develop a marketing plan on monthly basis and select promotion tools for your region.
We demonstrate the way business works
Before launching the training center, the branch director needs to understand how everything works and delve into the details. In order to do that, we conduct a two-day training in ITEA Kiev branch. During the training we look through and analyze everything that a manager needs to know: where all applications get to, how to organize groups in a right way, where can you look over the reports etc.
